What I tell everyone who seems more excited than I am for my debut on the 31st.
I’m still in denial, yes. Every time my friends tell me, “you’re turning eighteen,” all I hear is, “you’re so old.” Oh my God. I am almost of legal age. Come and bite me, Edward Cullen, you sparkly vampire! I want to be seventeen forever.
They’re all asking me what my plans are and honestly, I don’t have any. What’s so special about turning eighteen anyway? Sorry friends, but don’t expect me to throw those kind of grand parties with the eighteen roses and stuff because I don’t think that’s any fun at all. Let’s just eat a dozen large fries at McDonald’s while we talk about, uhhh, something. I am the lamest friend ever, I know! Ha! Don’t worry. I’m going to think about it, you guys.
Whatever. All I know is I don’t want to turn eighteen just yet!
